Refund Policy
1. Our Commitment
Car4Travel is committed to being fair and transparent about refunds.
2. Full Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- The inspection cannot be arranged because the seller is unresponsive
- The vehicle is no longer available before the inspection takes place
- Car4Travel is unable to find an available mechanic in your area
- You cancel your booking before the inspection has been scheduled
3. No Refund
No refund is available if:
- The inspection has already been completed and the report delivered
- You decide not to purchase the vehicle after receiving the report
- The seller refuses the inspection after being contacted (we will advise you on next steps in this case)
4. Partial Refund
In cases where work has begun but the inspection could not be completed, a partial refund may be offered at Car4Travel's discretion.
5. How to Request a Refund
Contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email at hello@car4travel.com with your booking details. We aim to process refund requests within 5 business days.
