1. Introduction

By using Car4Travel and booking a pre-purchase mechanical check, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.

2. The Service

Car4Travel arranges independent mechanical inspections of used vehicles on behalf of buyers. We coordinate with local mechanics to conduct a physical assessment of the vehicle you specify.

3. What We Provide

• A physical mechanical inspection by a qualified local mechanic
• A written report with photos sent to you via WhatsApp or email
• Coordination with the seller to arrange access to the vehicle

4. What We Do Not Provide

• A roadworthy certificate (RWC) or government safety compliance document
• A PPSR check or vehicle history report
• Any guarantee of future vehicle performance
• Legal advice or warranty

5. Limitation of Liability

Car4Travel provides an independent assessment at a specific point in time. We are not liable for mechanical issues that develop after the inspection is completed. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

6. Booking & Payment

Payment is required in full before the inspection is arranged. We accept payment via Shopify Checkout. By completing payment you confirm you have read and agreed to these terms.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your booking before the inspection has been scheduled. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
